No photographer?
Sorted.
Most clubs do not have a photographer on the sideline. So every template comes two ways, and both look finished.
- Got a photo? Drop it in and the layout does the rest.
- No photo? The same graphic fills the space with scorers, details or your logo.
- Both versions come with every template you buy.

Rugby template questions
The short answers on how the templates work and what you get.
What is a rugby team naming template?
It is an editable Photoshop file for announcing your side on social media. You might call it a team naming, a lineup graphic, a team sheet or a starting XV. Type in your players, set your club colours, add your logo and export.
Do I need Photoshop to use these rugby templates?
Yes. Every template is a layered Photoshop file. You do not need design experience, because each layer group is numbered and tells you what to edit.
Will the templates work if we have no player photos?
Yes. Every template comes in a photo version and a no photo version. The no photo version fills the space with scorers, match details or your club logo.
Are they built for a full rugby squad?
Yes. The team naming templates are built for a starting XV and an eight player bench, 23 in total. If you name fewer players, delete the lines you do not need.
Can I change the colours to match my club?
Yes. Each design runs off a few colour layers. Double click one, pick your club colour, and it updates everywhere in the graphic.
What is included in a rugby style pack?
Five matchday graphics in one matching style: team naming, game day, score, try scorer and player of the day. Each comes with photo and no photo versions, five colour looks, a photo sharpening filter and five textures.
What size are the graphics?
They are 1080 by 1350 pixels, the 4:5 portrait size for Instagram and Facebook feeds.
