Terms of Service

Who we are
Rugby Templates is run by The Dabble Creative, based in New Zealand. When these terms say "we" or "us", that is who they mean. "You" means the person or organisation buying or using our templates.

By buying from us or using our files, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying
Our products are digital design files for Adobe Photoshop. Nothing is posted to you. After you pay, you get a link to download your files.

You need your own copy of Adobe Photoshop to use them. The templates use free fonts that are not included in the download. The guide tells you where to get them.

The photos, logos, names and scores shown on our listings are placeholders. You add your own.

Your licence
When you buy a template, we give you a licence to use it. You do not own the design itself.

One purchase covers one club, team, school or organisation.

You can:
1. Edit the files as much as you like.
2. Use them to make graphics for your club or organisation, as many times as you want.
3. Post those graphics on social media, websites, email and in print.
4. Share the files with other people who make graphics for the same club.

You cannot:
1. Resell, give away or share the template files with anyone outside your club.
2. Upload the files anywhere other people can download them.
3. Sell the templates, or designs made from them, as templates of your own.
4. Use one purchase across several clubs or clients.

Designers and agencies
If you make graphics for clients, you need one purchase for each client you use a template for.

Your content
You are responsible for the photos, logos, sponsor marks and names you put into a template. Make sure you have the right to use them.

We are not connected to, or endorsed by, any rugby union, competition or club.

Prices and payment
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where it applies. We can change prices at any time, but never for an order you have already paid for.

Delivery
Your download link is sent to the email address you give at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your junk folder, then contact us.

Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when we will fix a problem or refund you. It forms part of these terms.

Our designs
All templates, designs, guides and website content belong to us. Buying a template does not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the licence above.

If you break the licence
If you share or resell our files, your licence ends and you must stop using them. We may also take steps to protect our work.

What we are responsible for
We work hard to make sure every file works as described. If one does not, we will fix it or refund you.

Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using our templates, including lost income or problems caused by the content you add. If we are found liable for anything, the most we will pay is what you paid for the product.

If you are buying for a business, you agree the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under that Act or the consumer law where you live.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
