Refund Policy

The short version
Our templates are digital files you can download straight away, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If something is wrong with what you bought, we will fix it or give you your money back.

Try before you buy
Not sure the templates are right for you? Download the free template first. It works exactly the same way as the paid ones, so you will know what you are getting.

When we will fix it or refund you
Get in touch within 14 days of your order if:
1. A file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot get you a working copy.
2. What you received does not match what the listing described.
3. You were charged twice for the same order.

We will always try to fix the problem first. That usually means sending a fresh file or helping you get it working. If we cannot sort it, we will refund you in full.

Bought the wrong one?
It happens. Tell us within 7 days and, as long as you have not downloaded the files, we will swap your order for the right template or pack.

When we cannot refund
1. You changed your mind after downloading.
2. You do not have Adobe Photoshop. Every listing says you need it.
3. You wanted a different style, size or sport than the one shown on the listing.
4. You would like to add your own design changes that the template does not include.

How to ask
Send us a message through the Contact page with your order number and a quick description of the problem. A screenshot helps. We will reply within two working days.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.

Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the consumer law where you live.
